Deep Healing

There are as many layers to healing as there are pains and conditions to heal. Are you just looking for a Band-Aid, something to cover up the pain, numb out, temporary relief, just give me a pill.? There are levels beneath the superficial layer of healing for more deeper healing down into the tissues and the cells in the organs. But if you’re looking for the deepest healing possible some would say changing your DNA, involving your genes, transforming your soul? If this is a level of healing you’re interested in there is a crucial aspect to this process that if omitted will render the process ineffective. Not to say that healing won’t be done just not to their level of our intentions.

The level I’m referring to demands you take a level of responsibility seldom seen. After being in the holistic and natural healing communities for over 30 years less than 1% of those I meet or work with are willing to go to claim and go to this level. Most say they want it few are willing to go the distance. But in case you were interested…our deepest pain generally involves another something that happened with someone usually in our childhood, could be later in life. A trauma, accident and abusive relationship or something else seem to be part of life’s journey. When were seeking healing from these deep, deep wounds the question to ask ourselves is, “who is this person in me” which translates to; the behavior I’m witnessing in them is an behavior I need to own inside myself.

You may have experienced being just like this person at a different time in your life, or you may have no memory of ever acting this way or treating anyone like this. In which case it is likely a past life behavior or lesson that has been carried over into this lifetime so that you could learn and heal from it, (the perpetrator or the person that’s involved in your pain is working out the same issue).

When we own this part of ourselves, work with it, merge into it and heal with it we command our authority to transform the pattern because we have owned it and lived it. Ownership is the willingness to feel it to experience it and to be in it and to have compassion for this part of yourself that felt that way. This involves feeling the sensations of these experiences in your body not just understand them in your head. That compassion for your own self in your own feelings will transform the pain into your power to change the dynamic because you’ve owned your part of the contract. Now you have dominion to claim your right to sovereignty and to break the contract and claim your authority.
